Home / Site delivery
Flat-rate local delivery every Thursday–Friday. Weekday delivery available by arrangement.
- Flat pack — panels and posts bundled for easy handling
- Kerbside drop — driver unloads to nearest accessible flat area
- Insured by freight company — damage claims handled through carrier
Interstate freight
Australia-wide delivery for orders of any size. Price depends on destination and volume.
- Freight range $400–$2,000 depending on destination and order size
- Tracking available for all team deliveries
- Special bulk delivery: $200 flat rate, once per month in select areas
Depot pickup
Collect from our Kingston or Sunshine Coast warehouse. Ready within 1–24 hours depending on order size.
- Flat pack standard — pallet wrap available at depot
- Mon–Thu 7:00am–5:00pm · Fri 7:00am–3:00pm
- Bring ID and order number — we help load your vehicle
All deliveries are insured through the freight carrier. If damage occurs during transit, we handle the claim process — just photograph the damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Panels are up to 2.4m long and ship flat-packed in protective wrapping. Posts and rails are bundled separately. Everything is designed to fit a standard ute tray or trailer for depot pickups.
Orders dispatch from Kingston (Brisbane) or Chevallum (Sunshine Coast) — whichever is closer to your delivery address. Two locations mean faster dispatch and shorter transit times across Australia.
