Returns & Exchange
One form covers returns, exchanges, and shipping damage.
Standard items: 30-day return window. Items must be new and in original packaging.
RMA & confirmation
- After submission you receive an RMA number and a confirmation email with a short next-steps checklist.
- We review the request. If approved, we send packing instructions and the warehouse address. Address is provided only after moderation.
Eligible items
- Standard PVC panels and posts.
- Hardware and accessories in sealed factory packaging.
- Orders without custom modifications.
Non-returnable
- Custom cut / trimmed / special order — no returns ✂️
- Gate motors/electrics if packaging is opened.
- Clearance and “last chance” items.
Item condition
- No signs of installation, concrete, or dirt.
- Complete set and intact packaging.
- Receipt or order number is required.
Timeframes
- Request within 30 days from delivery date.
- Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and freight label.
Fees & shipping
- Return shipping is paid by the customer if the fault is not on our side.
- If it is our fault we arrange and cover return logistics.
Restocking fee triggers:
- 10% — opened but unused, complete, packaging intact.
- Up to 20% — bulky items/pallets or packaging with visible wear that requires rework.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after warehouse inspection.
Exchange
- We place a new order and credit the value of returned items.
- Price difference and freight are calculated separately.
How to request
- Submit a request: order number, items, reason, photos.
- Receive packing instructions and warehouse address (after moderation).
- Ship the goods and share the tracking number.
- After inspection we confirm the refund or credit amount.
Shipping damage
- Take photos of the item, packaging, and freight label (see guide below).
- Notify us within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items or process a partial refund.
